Cash on delivery remains one of the most effective payment promises for Nigerian online shoppers. Customers inspect the parcel and pay the rider, but merchants must protect themselves against wrong numbers, wrong addresses, and no-shows.
Confirm before you ship
GoodGoods runs a Nigerian order confirmation call center that verifies the buyer, product, delivery address, and COD amount. Fake or incomplete orders are stopped early, so you do not pay to ship parcels that will never be collected.
- Trained confirmation agents for Nigerian languages and buyer habits
- Address and landmark checks before handover to dispatch
- COD amount confirmed so collections match your order total
Nationwide COD last-mile
After confirmation, GoodGoods fulfills from warehouse stock and ships with bike or car agents across Lagos and other Nigerian cities. Merchants and customers get live status updates, which helps COD trust.
Pair COD delivery with marketplace or store checkout on eshopcome so buyers see clear product pages while GoodGoods handles the operational stack.
